Cancellations
Because pre-order items are made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Returns
All pre-order items are final sale.
We only offer replacements if your item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
